I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel since it had what seemed like availability online, but unfortunately, we weren't allowed to check in at all. The owner's response was confusing and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Weighting up the negatives, I have to say this was not a great experience overall.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was highly disappointing, as I was not allowed to stay despite having a reservation. The owner was uncooperative and seemed to be denying available rooms with no valid explanation. Even though I attempted to provide proof of vacancies on booking platforms, the situation didn’t improve. This left a very negative impression on me, and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for a smooth check-in experience.
